Join us for a Summer of fun at our fantastic multi-activity holiday camps!
Camp notes
Drop Off and Pick Up
Drop off is from 9:00am onwards if you have booked for regular hours or 8am if you have paid for extended hours. If you have booked regular hours pick up will be up until 4:30pm or if you have booked extended hours it will be until 5:30pm. Please ensure you have picked your child up before the time required. We are now implementing a late fee of £1 per minute charge after 5.30pm, this will be invoiced to you at the end of the week.
Snacks & Lunch
2 snacks will be provided throughout the day - these consist of a variety of healthy options such as fruit and vegetables. We ask that lunch is brought with your child. We do not have space in the fridge to store packed lunches. Please ensure you send a labelled water bottle with your child. Just a reminder that we are a nut free setting so please do not bring any food with nuts in it.
Clothing
Please send your children in comfortable clothing which they can get messy in. We also recommend you send a change of clothes with your child in case of any accidents, mess etc. Please ensure your child has a jacket for outdoor play. Please remember to label all of your child's belongings they take with them including water bottles, jackets, hoodies, hats etc. We always get a lot of lost property left at the centre including items like gloves, toys, jumpers etc. and it is really difficult to reunite items without names on them so we urge you to label all items!
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you should choose to cancel your space please email kidsize@hotmail.com to let us know. Spaces cancelled a month prior to the start of the holiday camp are eligible for a full refund. Spaces cancelled between a month-a week prior to the camp are eligible for a 75% refund. No refunds can be issued for cancellations made less than a week prior to the camp.
