Terms & Conditions

-Payments will be returned if an event/class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

-Kidsize or any of our staff, are not responsile for any loss or injury during the class/event.

-Kidsize reserve the right to remove from our events/workshops, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive or violent behaviour towards another child or member of staff.

-You must declare all medical and dietary conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at 07462695505 or kidsize@hotmail.com

-You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email or phone number.

-Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

-You must refrain from bringing your child to an event/workshop if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the event.

-We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the booked event/workshop will be offered a full refund. We do not issue any refunds for sessions cancelled within 7 days of the booked event or on the day.

-If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Kidsize will offer a full refund.
